Must pass background investigation; eligibility for federal contractor credentials required Make an Impact When It's Needed Most Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc., is seeking on-demand Behavioral Health Specialists to deliver trauma-informed care and crisis intervention during emergency deployments supporting the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This is not a full-time position. Selected candidates will be part of a trained and credentialed deployment roster and will be activated only when operations are underway.

Deployments typically range from 3 to 8 weeks, with mobilization required within 72 hours of notification. What You'll Do During Deployments
* Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide short-term interventions in high-stress environments.
* Support the resilience of deployed staff and OHSEPR partners during emergency operations.
* Coordinate and implement behavioral health support in the field.
* Monitor the well-being of responders and refer individuals for higher-level care when necessary. Qualifications
* U.S. Citizenship
* Bachelor's degree in behavioral, social, or mental health fields
* Minimum of 3 years of experience providing behavioral or mental health services
* Completion of required FEMA and SAMHSA training courses (training provided)
