Opportunity for In-Home Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are seeking a dedicated In-Home Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA services in home settings in the DC Metro Area. This role involves direct client support, collaboration with families, and leadership responsibilities within our behavioral team. Leads will conduct regularly scheduled visits to provide support and guidance to RBTs in home settings, including regular pop-in sessions to offer hands‑on assistance and supervision.
This position is approximately 50% clinical and 50% administrative in focus.
$56,000-$61,000 annual salary

- Train and mentor Junior RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
- Prepare materials and coordinate pre-work for the week prior to delivery.
- Schedule home‑based program activities.
- Conduct initial home visits and follow‑up monthly visits to home clients to support and provide direction to RBTs.
- Create targets for learning trees.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
- Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
- Create reports for RBT performance.
- Full‑time: 30+ hours/week
- Shifts:
Flexible, based on your availability.
Skills and Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an RBT.
- Currently enrolled in a BCBA program and has completed at least one semester of classes with a 3.0 GPA.
- Ability to pass background check.
- Reliable transportation, vehicle, and valid license/insurance.
- Documented proficiency in ABA implementation.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
