• Partner in brand planning and strategic development for marketing initiatives across healthcare professionals, patients, and medical marketing
• Manage Advisory Board execution, including participant recruitment, session facilitation, and reporting insights
• Conduct field-based market research to generate insights that inform brand strategy
• Engage with healthcare professionals to gather insights and feedback, and provide detailed reports to leadership
• Manage strategic Medical Marketing initiatives throughout all project phases, from ideation to execution

• BS/BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific, or related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and sales, or Master's degree with 8+ years of similar experience
• Strong communicator with clinical acumen and the ability to effectively combine scientific knowledge with communication skills
• In-depth understanding of legal, compliance, and regulatory environments in pharmaceutical promotions
• Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships within an organization
• Demonstrated capabilities in strategic thinking, initiative, problem solving, and creativity

• Experience in therapeutic areas related to neuroscience or neuropsychiatric disorders
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining strategic alignment
• Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and support business objectives through departmental inter-connections
• Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives with a focus on product positioning and messaging
