Physical Therapy Aide

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the treatment and care of our patients. • Assist the physical therapy team in providing treatment to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule patient appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork.
• Navigate and maintain electronic medical records system with attention to detail.
• Handle faxing, scanning, and emailing of important documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas and common spaces.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a physical therapy aide is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills with experience in using electronic medical records systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Willingness to contribute to light cleaning duties to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology.

• Part‑time position, approximately 20‑25 hours per week.
• Pay range: $16 to $22 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
