As a Dishwasher at Concord Hospitality, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our kitchen. By ensuring all dishware, cookware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and organized, you help create a safe and efficient environment that supports the entire culinary team.

Responsibilities

* Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment

* Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation

* Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean

* Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed; keep the wash area organized

* Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as required

Qualifications

* Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

* Commitment to safety and sanitation standards

* Strong teamwork and reliability

* Flexibility to assist with additional cleaning projects
