Position: Front Desk Agent / AYS Agent
Marriott Hotels -  -  - Responsibilities:
Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.;
Secure payment and verify or adjust guest billing.;
Activate and file room keys, process guest requests, and relay messages.;
Run and review daily reports/logs and maintain accurate logbooks.;
Respond to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction, including special needs.
