Operate dishwashing machine and pot sink according to procedures;
Empty and clean trash cans when they become full and transport garbage containers from kitchen and work areas to dump sites;
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen areas and organize back of the house storage rooms;
Assist with lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
