About the Front Office Manager PositionOur guests’ memorable experiences start at the front desk. We’re looking for a Front Office Manager to lead the front‑office team, ensuring exceptional first impressions from registration and reservations through porter and concierge services.
A little taste of your day‑to‑day:
- Managing and coaching the front‑office team to deliver memorable guest experiences and the warmest of welcomes
- Engaging with guests to build personal relationships and remedy any complaints
- Conducting regular front‑office inspections to ensure we’re making the right first impression
- Finding new ways to drive revenue from walk‑ins and upselling at the front desk
- Training team members on PBX procedures and taking the lead during an emergency or crisis
- Reporting to the Director of Front Office while supervising a team of front‑desk employees across several specialisms
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification equivalent in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of front‑office or guest‑service experience, including management duties
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 to $75,000 (varying by experience and performance) and comprehensive benefits—including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and additional perks such as room discounts and training. This role may also be eligible for bonus pay.
