Position Overview

The HR Systems & Data Specialist Human Resources, plays a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing HR systems and processes across a global organization. This role partners closely with HR teams, cross‑functional stakeholders, and regional peers to ensure SAP Success Factors modules and related systems operate effectively, meet business needs, and continuously improve. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP Success Factors expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for process excellence.

Key Responsibilities SAP System Support & Optimization
  • Collaborate with Global teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Raising and suggesting enhancements to global team, working together on requirement refinement, testing and rollout.
  • Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and new functionality rollouts.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across HR systems.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Be the interface between the global system owners, HR business partners, payroll, and finance to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and technical teams to ensure alignment on system enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with regional HR and systems peers to maintain global consistency while supporting local needs.
Process & Systems Improvement
  • Evaluate existing HR processes and identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or enhance workflows.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and user experience.
  • Document processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Share recommendations based on best practices and emerging SAP Success Factors capabilities.
User Support & Training
  • Develop and deliver training materials, job aids, and user guides.
  • Conduct workshops or training sessions to improve system adoption and proficiency.
Qualifications Required
  • Proven experience working with SAP Success Factors (3–5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows.
  • Experience supporting system enhancements, testing, and configuration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with global teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred
  • Experience with Success Factors, SAP HCM, or related HR technologies.
  • Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with HR reporting tools or integrations.
