As a valued colleague on our team, you will assist the team with workflow‑intensive functions related to the employment lifecycle, coordinate the resolution of inquiries and requests related to current, former, and deceased employees, and assist with ensuring compliance by reviewing reports and maintaining HR records.
The Impact You Will MakeThe Human Resources - HR Operations - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Assist with executing workflow‑intensive functions related to the employment lifecycle, including new hire processing with employee onboarding and processing and documenting life change events in the HR system of record, as well as aide in reviewing and validating HR documents, assist with processing benefit changes and terminations with employee offboarding.
- Assist with resolving inquiries from former employees and retirees.
- Assist with handling deceased party notifications with care.
- Assist with maintaining and storing HR records timely and effectively.
- Provide support in reviewing HR Desk Reports timely and take actions as necessary to ensure compliance.
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
- The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
- The group of skills related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
- The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
- Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
- Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
- The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision‑making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
- Skilled in Excel
