Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant
This fast-growing communications firm in Washington, DC, with a hybrid work model, is seeking an experienced and driven professional ready to step in as the Recruiter/HR Generalist. This position offers full-life cycle recruiting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. - Manage full-cycle recruiting, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
- Develop a deep understanding of team functions and hiring needs to effectively identify and place high-caliber candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, manage complex calendars, and facilitate timely feedback to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Deliver exceptional service to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Serve as the primary liaison between candidates and the firm, maintaining consistent and professional communication.
- Partner with leadership to develop sourcing strategies, support targeted talent searches, and track candidate activity and recruiting metrics.
- Assist with onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through start date.
- Contribute to additional recruiting and HR initiatives, projects, and events as needed.
- Hybrid work model with a downtown DC office conveniently located near Metro.
