Join a leading global law firm and take ownership of global benefits strategy, administration, and well‑being programs across multiple countries. This is a high‑impact leadership role for an experienced benefits professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and administer global benefits programs (health, life, disability, retirement, wellness)
- Serve as the primary global benefits contact for partners, attorneys & BSP staff
- Mentor Benefits Specialists and support the Associate Director of Global Benefits
- Evaluate plan competitiveness & partner with vendors on global programs
- Drive wellness strategy, initiatives, communications & reporting
- Design and implement new plans and enhancements across global locations
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA & international regulations
- Prepare benefits documentation, filings & reporting with precision
- Leverage HRIS/Workday to analyze data and produce strategic insights
- 8+ years of progressive global benefits experience (global law firm preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plan design, compliance & multi‑jurisdiction regulations
- Leadership experience with benefits teams
- Advanced analytical, communication & project management skills
