Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience in law firm/accounting firm recruitment, college recruitment, or similar
- Advancedproficiencyin Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Able to work occasional overtime and travel for key initiatives
- Support candidate outreach, campus activity logistics, and elements of the summer associate program
- Build interview schedules, prepare materials for hiring discussions, and manage follow‑ups
- Coordinate summer associate assignments, training sessions, and office engagement activities
- Assist with onboarding timelines and orientation operations
- Track recruiting and development budgets and collaborate with global TA/TD partners
- Contribute to office-wide projects tied to recruiting and professional development
- Interview and recruiting workflows run efficiently with clear communication
- Summer associates receive an organized, engaging program experience
- New hires onboard smoothly with well-planned schedules
- Attorney development programs are executed reliably and drive participation
- Budgetsremainaccurateand well-monitored
Salary Range: $67,000 – 83,000 annually, based on experience
Location:
Washington, D.C. – Hybrid
