Program Manager

Are you a compensation expert who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and business partnership? We are looking for a Compensation Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide compensation programs aligned with our Total Rewards philosophy.

This is a high-impact role partnering closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned to organizational strategy.

• Market benchmarking, competitive pay analysis, and compensation structure design
• Annual compensation cycle planning and execution
• Compensation survey strategy and governance
• Career architecture and salary framework development
• Pay equity and compliance initiatives
• Compensation systems, tools, and vendor partnerships
• Training and consulting support for HR and leadership teams

• Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. (Required), Master's Degree Related field (Preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in HR, Finance, or Data-related roles
• 5+ years of direct Compensation experience
• Demonstrated leadership in projects/programs
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical expertise
• Experience with compensation platforms and data visualization tools (preferred)
• Strong project management and change management skills
• Ability to influence and consult with leaders across the organization
• CCP certification (preferred)
