Facility: Psychiatric Institute of Washington (PIW 663)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (Day Shift)

Job Description:

The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment for positions. The Recruiter is responsible for accurate and timely scheduling of applicant interviews and applicable testing ensuring quality customer service is provided. Reviews applications and evaluates potential candidates for acceptance against the quality standards required to effectively build, increase, and maintain a qualified candidate pool.

Key Responsibilities

" Manage recruitment for multiple roles across the Psych unit
" Schedule interviews, assessments, and testing efficiently and accurately
" Screen applications and identify qualified candidates
" Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline
" Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders
" Make hiring recommendations based on timely and relevant candidate evaluations
" Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
" Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and HRIS platforms
" Provide a high-quality customer service experience to applicants and managers

Required Qualifications

" Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources (Required)
" Master s Degree preferred
" Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience
" Proven success sourcing candidates for healthcare positions
" Strong communication skills across diverse applicant groups
" Experience delivering recruitment recommendations to management
" Knowledge of employment laws within the Washington Metro Region
" ATS experience required iCIMS strongly preferred
" Advanced HRIS experience; Workday preferred
" Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
