Job Description

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Assistant, Partners & Counsel provides administrative support to the lateral global partner and U.S. counsel recruiting process. This position leads the data entry process within applicant tracking systems and assists with preparing interview logistics. The Talent Acquisition Assistant, Partners & Counsel works under direct supervision and relies on instructions and pre-existing guidelines to perform the essential functions of the job.

As

the Talent Acquisition Assistant, Partners & Counsel you will:
  • Update and maintain candidate records within various applicant tracking systems, including inputting interview schedules, sending evaluation request forms and pulling applicant data reports
  • Process departmental expense reports, check requests and travel reimbursements
  • Support the creation and coordination of various onboarding and integration tasks for new Partner hires
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Coordinators, Partners & Counsel with various tasks, including search firm tracking and coordination, internal communications and ensuring exceptional candidate experience
  • Schedule and coordinate internal team meetings, interviews and event logistics, including booking conference rooms, ordering food and beverages, and sending out event meeting requests
  • Compile and distribute candidate materials to interviewers using approved templates and guidelines
  • Monitor shared recruiting inbox and respond to routine inquiries, escalating complex issues to the Talent Acquisition Manager as appropriate
  • Track interviewer feedback and follow up to ensure timely submission of evaluations
  • Assist with compiling recruiting metrics and status updates by pulling data from applicant tracking systems and other internal tools
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Maintain organized electronic recruiting files and documentation in compliance with firm record retention standards
  • Support internal communications related to lateral recruiting efforts using pre-approved templates and guidelines
  • This position requires a minimum of three (3) days per week in the office
Job Specifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly
