Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Temporary Coordinator, Talent Acquisition & Development to support attorney recruiting and professional development initiatives in their Washington, DC office. This role works closely with both local and global teams to coordinate campus recruiting efforts, manage summer associate programming, assist with hiring committee preparation, and support attorney training and associate relations initiatives.

• Support both Talent Acquisition and Talent Development functions.
• Coordinate campus recruiting efforts, including law school outreach and recruiting events.
• Manage logistics and programming for summer associate programs.
• Coordinate interview schedules and prepare hiring committee materials.
• Assist with attorney orientation schedules and onboarding coordination.
• Support attorney training programs and associate relations initiatives.
• Track and monitor recruiting and professional development budgets.
• Assist with planning and execution of recruiting and training events (may require overtime and occasional travel).

• 2+ years of experience in HR, attorney recruiting, law school career services, and/or attorney development.
• Prior experience within a professional services or legal environment required.
• Strong understanding of legal recruiting and attorney development processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Highly organized with strong grammar and communication skills.
• Polished, professional demeanor and comfortable interacting with attorneys and senior leadership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation law firm environment.
