Key Responsibilities You must have demonstrated experience with the following responsibilities:
* Developing responsive, standards-compliant websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
* Building interactive, accessible user interfaces with Bootstrap, Scroll Magic, Greensock, and other libraries
* Optimizing and debugging cross-browser web applications for performance and usability
* Translating UX/UI designs into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly front-end experiences
* Designing, building, and maintaining Word Press, Joomla, and SharePoint sites across secure and public networks
* Developing custom plugins, modules, and templates for CMS platforms to meet mission-specific needs
* Administering site collections, permissions, and workflows in SharePoint and M365 environments
* Managing content updates, site migrations, and platform upgrades with minimal downtime
* Ensuring all web content meets Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/3.0 accessibility standards
* Conducting accessibility testing using JAWS, NVDA, WAVE, ARC Toolkit, and browser-based tools
* Implementing ARIA roles and semantic markup to enhance screen reader compatibility
* Developing accessible WBTs and multimedia content for diverse user populations
* Creating wireframes, mockups, and user flows using Adobe XD, Figma, or Illustrator
* Conducting user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
* Collaborating with stakeholders to refine UI requirements and improve user experience
* Applying UX best practices to streamline workflows and reduce cognitive load
* Building full-stack applications using PHP, Python, JavaScript, and .NET frameworks
* Integrating front-end interfaces with MySQL, Postgre

* Developing RESTful APIs and automate data flows using JSON, XML, and YAML
* Maintaining and enhancing legacy codebases while implementing modern design patterns
* Designing and producing interactive WBTs using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Animate
* Editing and integrating video, audio, and animation using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Media Encoder
* Collaborating with instructional designers to translate storyboards into engaging training modules
* Ensuring multimedia products are accessible, SCORM-compliant, and optimized for LMS delivery
* Deploying and managing web applications in AWS environments using EC2, S3, and Lambda
* Using Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments
* Performing Linux server administration, command-line scripting, and web server configuration
* Monitoring cloud performance and implementing cost-effective scaling strategies
* Developing custom SharePoint sites, workflows, and dashboards using SharePoint Designer and REST APIs
* Maintaining permissions, site collections, and content libraries in secure environments
* Redesigning legacy SharePoint applications to improve performance and usability
* Supporting SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and integration with Office 365 tools
* Tracking tasks and sprints using Jira, Confluence, Trello, and other Agile tools
* Participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups to align with team goals
* Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features
* Documenting technical processes, SOPs, and user guides for ongoing support
