This team builds custom AI systems for defence and national security, tackling high-stakes problems like predictive maintenance, logistics optimisation, and readiness modelling across personnel, equipment, and supply chains.

This is data science for people who want depth, complexity, and real‑world impact
— not BI dashboards or packaged analytics.

• Design and build ML models for operational and time‑series data
• Tackle predictive maintenance and readiness problems with real‑world constraints
• Partner with MLEs to product ionise models
• Reason clearly about assumptions, trade‑offs, and performance
• Work in classified environments where results matter

• Strong foundations in ML, statistics, and data science
• Experience building models beyond plug‑and‑play tooling
• Time‑series or predictive modelling experience
• Able to explain why models work
  , not just how to run them
• ~3+ years’ experience preferred (open across levels)

• DC area, mostly remote with some onsite requirements
• Must be eligible for secure/classified work
