Our client, a government agency supporting technological and operational excellence, is seeking a Service Now Business Analyst to join their team. As a Service Now Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting critical system modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Apply process improvement and reengineering principles to modernize business workflows.
• Analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating current scope, objectives, and steps.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process enhancements, integrating new solutions with existing systems.
• Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements to optimize operations.
• Support the documentation of requirements and assist in designing and delivering training programs for process changes.

• Proven experience in Service Now Business Analysis at an advanced level (P3 or higher).
• Strong understanding of Service Now system configuration and business analysis methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping, evaluation, and improvement techniques.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Washington, DC area.
