In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative technical solutions, creating compelling proposal content, and ensuring that customer requirements are met with compliant, cost‑effective, and winning offerings.
The role of a Technical Writer – Solutions Architect (TW‑SA) in Government contracting is vital for producing clear proposal writing, thorough documentation, and meeting compliance standards in Gov Con projects. Skilled writers handle manuals (SOPs, internal source documents such as gap analyses, capability matrices, compliance matrices), training materials, and system documentation using tools within the Vision IT resource center to support contracts such as RFPs and SOWs with precise attention to detail.

The right candidate will also follow Section 508 compliance so people with disabilities can access content, use Plain Language guidelines to make complex info easier to get without losing meaning, write clearly and concisely, and keep a steady tone across all documents.
