Our client, a leading organization in the government and technology sector, is seeking a Service Now Tester to join their dedicated team. As a Service Now Tester, you will be an integral part of the support team, ensuring the quality and reliability of critical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to quality assurance, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: Open

• Develop and execute test plans for Service Now platform enhancements and updates.
• Identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and improve testing processes.
• Participate in formal and informal review sessions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities and results.

• Experience with Service Now platform testing and quality assurance methodologies.
• Strong understanding of test management tools and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
