What's the Job?- Develop and execute test plans for Service Now platform enhancements and updates.
- Identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and improve testing processes.
- Participate in formal and informal review sessions throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities and results.
- Experience with Service Now platform testing and quality assurance methodologies.
- Strong understanding of test management tools and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
