Machine Learning Engineer - Washington DC About the Company
An AI and advanced analytics software company building tools that help organizations explore complex data, deploy machine learning at scale, and turn insight into action are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team. Their technology is used across enterprise and government environments, including high-security settings.
What Will I Be Doing- Building and maintaining scalable applications for data processing and AI-driven analytics
- Designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows for performance and reliability
- Deploying and supporting production-grade software used on large, complex datasets
- Collaborating with product teams to improve usability and user experience
- Creating interactive dashboards and visualizations using a Python-based SDK
- Troubleshooting performance and stability issues across applications
- Degree in Computer Science (or similar)
or equivalent professional experience - Willingness to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
- Strong Python skills and experience with the Python data stack
- Experience deploying software into production environments
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and clear communication
- Salary of $150,000 - $210,000 dependent on experience
- Work on impactful AI products used in real-world environments
