Hyer Tek is seeking an experienced Power Pages Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing web portals using Microsoft Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals). This role will play a critical part in delivering external-facing digital experiences that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and the broader Power Platform ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Power Pages architecture, web development best practices, and enterprise-grade security, along with a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Power Pages websites and customer portals.
• Configure and customize Dataverse tables, forms, views, web roles, and site settings.
• Develop Liquid templates, Web Templates, Web Files, and Content Snippets.
• Implement authentication and authorization using Azure AD B2C, Azure AD, and role-based access controls.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG compliance preferred).

• Integrate Power Pages with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems and services.
• Build automated workflows and business logic using Power Automate.
• Architect scalable portal solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security, performance, and configuration issues.
• Support Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and solution architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical documentation, deployment guides, and support materials.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
• Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Power Pages (Power Apps Portals) development experience.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with:
  • Liquid templating language
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • REST APIs
  • Azure AD / Azure AD B2C authentication
• Experience integrating with Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps (Canvas/Model‑Driven).
• Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP principles)

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, or Power Platform Solution Architect).
• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
• Familiarity with CI/CD for Power Platform (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions).
• Experience in government or regulated industry environments.
• Accessibility compliance experience (WCAG 2.1).

Clearance & Work Authorization

This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) clearance. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Salary Range

$125,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience, technical depth, and clearance status.
