We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Apps lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Power Apps solutions that enhance our business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective and efficient applications.

• Lead the design and development of Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Develop custom connections, workflows and business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Power Apps applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Provide training and support to end users on Power Apps solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in Power Apps and related technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on the team.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 7+ years of experience in developing solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Virtual agents.
• Proven experience in leading projects and managing a team.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with Azure services, Dynamics 365 and Integration.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Familiarity with Azure services and Dev Ops practices.
• Knowledge of AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
