Tech is looking for a Junior Project Manager.
- Support project planning activities: maintain project schedules, trackers, and action-item logs for multiple work streams.
Coordinate meetings and working groups: prepare agendas, record minutes, follow up on action items, and elevate issues as needed. - Status reporting and metrics: gather input from project leads, produce weekly/monthly status reports, slide decks, and simple dashboards for program leadership.
- Stakeholder communication: serve as a central point of contact for teams; route inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Risk and issue tracking: maintain risk and issue registers, document mitigation actions, and notify leads of trending concerns.
- Documentation and process support: help maintain program documentation, SOPs, onboarding checklists, and file repositories.
- Assist with simple change-management tasks: preparing communication briefs, coordinating training logistics, and helping track adoption milestones.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: identify process improvements to increase team efficiency and help implement them.
5 years relevant experience.
DesiredQualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting Federal government clients.
