The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist adapts functional business requirements and processes into technical solutions aligned with enterprise application platforms. This role supports the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems across multiple business domains. The position ensures enterprise processes are integrated effectively within technical solution sets to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

• Translate functional business requirements into technical ERP solutions.
• Analyze and align enterprise processes with comprehensive application solution sets.
• Support configuration, implementation, and optimization of ERP modules.
• Provide expertise in enterprise resource planning processes including knowledge management, investment analysis, and data warehousing.
• Support integration of e-commerce, return on investment analysis, and decision support capabilities.
• Assist with ERP-related processes in human resources, supply chain management, procurement, logistics, ordering, and manufacturing environments.
• Support development of reporting, analytics, and information dissemination capabilities.
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure system alignment with organizational objectives.
• Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Develop documentation related to system configuration, processes, and enhancements.
• Support process improvement initiatives leveraging ERP capabilities.

• Approximately five (5) years of experience supporting ERP systems or enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated experience translating business processes into technical system solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning modules across functional domains (e.g., HR, supply chain, procurement, logistics).
• Experience supporting system configuration, testing, and integration activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across technical and functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in enterprise application environments and related tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Information Systems, Business, Management, Engineering, or related field required;
  OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Related industry certifications in ERP platforms or enterprise systems preferred.
