We have an opportunity for a Cloud Security Engineer supporting one of our Federal customers in Washington D.C.
MINIMUM CLEARANCE LEVEL: Public Trust + Suitability
CITIZENSHIP: US Citizenship
LOCATION: REMOTE — Primarily telework; occasional on-site as needed

Position
Description:
- Implement and maintain cloud security controls for BOP cloud environments
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (Dev Sec Ops practices)
- Configure and manage cloud security monitoring and logging
- Perform security assessments of cloud infrastructure and applications
- Remediate cloud security findings and vulnerabilities
- Develop automation scripts for security configuration and compliance checking
- Support container security implementation (image runtime protection)
- Maintain cloud security documentation and standard operating procedures
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security services
- Proficiency in Dev Sec Ops tools and practices (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code security (Terraform, Cloud Formation)
- Knowledge of container security (Docker, Kubernetes, image scanning)
- Familiarity with SAST/DAST tools and secure coding practices
- Scripting/automation skills (Python, Power Shell, Bash)
- Experience with cloud security posture management (CSPM) tools
- Understanding of zero trust architecture principles
Certification Requirement: Multiple certifications required — Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) AND Security (Security+, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent)
