The Work:

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Support heavily customized People Soft applications HCM, CRM, Pensions and Portal. Provide support for steady state (production and non-prod) environments, enhancements, and minor projects. Troubleshoot incidents and support requests and develop fixes. Recommend solutions to satisfy user requirements and determine the impact on the new/existing design. Assist in analyzing and documenting user requirements of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.

Coordinate and support the development and deployment of user documentation. Identify inputs, outputs, and through puts of a business process. Define data requirements.

• Oracle People Soft HCM experience
• Structured Query Language (SQL) experience

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
