Salesforce Administrator

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience, including:
• Advanced declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder)
• Design and governance of security architecture, identity models, encryption, and least-privilege enforcement
• Integration architecture for APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven patterns
• Advanced declarative and programmatic development oversight (Apex, LWC, Flows)
• Release management and Dev Ops governance, including second-generation packaging (2GP)
• Platform strategy and technical roadmap ownership
• Experience in large, regulated, or global organizations
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise: governor limits, metadata-driven development, event-driven patterns, and large data volume handling.
• Enterprise security and identity architecture: SSO, MFA, Shield, encryption, audit trails.
• Integration architecture: APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, middleware, OAuth, Named Credentials.
• Automation and code architecture:
  Flow, Apex, LWC, Aura, declarative patterns, bulkification, error handling.
• Enterprise Dev Ops and packaging strategy: CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, second-generation packages, automated testing, rollback procedures.
• Experience designing solutions for large, regulated organizations, with audit-ready documentation, compliance alignment, and cross-team technical leadership.
