This is a 0-to-1 opportunity to define how AI powers national security, with massive impact from day one. We need a Founding Infrastructure Engineer to build the secure, real-time foundation for our AI. This isn't just about keeping the lights on;

*** The Mission Architect and own the secure, scalable infrastructure for real-time AI, ensuring extreme high availability and performance. Drive Dev Ops excellence: build and optimize CI/CD pipelines across cloud-native and highly secure, air-gapped environments. Automate provisioning, monitoring, and deployment of critical AI services. Collaborate intimately with AI, product, and security teams on rapid, mission-critical deployments.
*** Who We're Looking For Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (non-negotiable). 3+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, site reliability, or Dev Ops roles. Expertise in cloud-native tooling (containers, IaC, monitoring, orchestration) and building in secure, complex environments. A strong generalist mindset with a passion for end-to-end system ownership and solving incredibly hard problems.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure at scale.
*** Nice to Have Exposure to AI/ML platforms or real-time data processing pipelines. Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, zero-trust, secure-by-design).
