Roles and Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development of solicitations, application templates, and related documents
* Manage review processes, status, and tracking for technical review of proposals and negotiations; liaise with mission office for cost proposals and technical evaluations
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders involved in the program
* Communicate orally and in writing complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive programs forward
* Must be capable of tracking metrics effectively and adept at managing multiple parallel projects and tasks simultaneously. Requirements:
* At least 1 year experience supporting Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) or related Federal "ARPA" agencies (IARPA, ARPA-E, HSARPA)
* Experience with in management expertise and collaboration within mission offices to ensure effective execution of ARPA-H's objectives
* Experience in both strong technical and plain language writing
* General knowledge and experience with acquisition awards such as FAR-based contracts, Cooperative Agreements, and Other Transactions (OTs) and knowledge of acquisition documentation requirements
* Experience in the development of solicitations, cost estimates, and related documents
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Understanding of biomedical research and development
* Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and write reports for scientific and public audiences
* Experience in using data management and analytics platforms
