- Identify, document, and educate partners on client EDI requirements
- Analyze business objectives and requirements to develop necessary documentation for projects
- Monitor and ensure EDI compliance in key areas such as Member Eligibility and Claims Data
- Act as a liaison between business customers and technology providers, facilitating communication
- Manage and coordinate EDI deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
- High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business disciplines, or equivalent field experience
- Minimum 3 years of EDI technical or business work experience
- 3+ years of SQL experience and familiarity with HIPAA X12 Standard Transactions
- Proven experience in documenting business requirements and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Experience with software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum processes
- Comprehensive understanding of common Health Care EDI transactions such as 834, 837, and 835
- Ability to create SQL queries for data analysis
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical specifications to non-technical users
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
