Role DescriptionThe Senior IT Program Manager will be responsible for managing complex IT implementations. This role usually involves managing programs with cross-functional project teams of 50+, including multiple partners and integrators. We’re looking for expert high-energy project drivers that can rally their teams to take the toughest project peaks.
Responsibilities- Manage complex IT implementations and programs with cross-functional project teams (50+), including multiple partners and integrators.
- Drive project execution to meet milestones and delivery objectives in challenging environments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Rally and lead project teams, remove impediments, and drive accountability for results.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex IT implementations, ideally including a variety of packaged systems (ERP, CRM, MES, GTM), custom development, and systems integration.
- Experience managing programs consisting of multiple sub-projects and delivery teams.
- Ability to confidently manage senior program stakeholders and lead the implementation team hands-on.
- Mindset of a solution designer and fixer – analytical skills and curiosity to get to root causes of issues (business, technical, or human).
- High emotional intelligence: coaching, tactful conflict resolution, and mediation of tense situations.
- Excellent communication skills: translate between Business and IT, and summarize complex concepts visually and concisely.
