The Role
Tunnl is seeking a creative, data‑comfortable Digital Marketing Specialist to own our content engine and lifecycle marketing execution — across email, social, and Hub Spot.
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and performance. You’ll help translate Tunnl’s proprietary data and insights into compelling narratives across Linked In, email campaigns, blog content, and digital touchpoints. You’ll also manage segmentation, email builds, and reporting inside Hub Spot to ensure our content reaches the right audiences at the right time.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves writing, understands digital marketing fundamentals, isn’t intimidated by CRM systems, and wants to grow into broader demand generation and paid media responsibilities over time.
You’ll partner closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate with Sales Enablement, Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management to ensure our marketing presence is consistent, smart, and measurable.
This is a hands‑on, early‑career role for someone who wants to build both creative and technical marketing skills in a growth‑stage company.
Why This Role MattersTunnl has powerful insights and differentiated data — but consistent output and distribution are what turn insight into influence.
This role ensures we show up consistently in‑market. From email campaigns to boosted Linked In posts to nurture sequences, you’ll help build the rhythm and discipline behind our digital presence.
If you’re someone who enjoys writing, thinking about audience segmentation, experimenting with messaging, and learning how content ties to pipeline — this is your seat at the table.
Responsibilities- Coordinate Content & Social Execution

- Translate research, product updates, and ongoing events into engaging posts, short‑form content, and thought leadership.
- Draft blog posts, and supporting content as needed.
- Repurpose long‑form insights into digestible, multi‑channel content.
- Support event content creation such as one‑pagers, speaker presentation decks, etc.
- Support Email & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and execute email campaigns inside Hub Spot (platform releases, event follow‑ups, nurture sequences, company announcements).
- Manage list segmentation, audience targeting, and basic workflow automation.
- Maintain campaign hygiene — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on‑time sends.
- Support Hub Spot Execution & Reporting
- Operate confidently inside Hub Spot for email builds, list management, forms, and basic workflows.
- Track and report on core performance metrics (open rates, click rates, engagement trends).
- Support lead flow tracking in coordination with Sales and Rev Ops.
- Maintain clean data practices and campaign documentation.
- Support Light Paid Media & Experimentation
- Assist in executing and testing Linked In campaigns or retargeting efforts.
- Monitor performance and recommend simple optimizations.

- Maintain Marketing Calendar & Consistency
- Own the digital marketing calendar across content, email, and social.
- Coordinate with vendors as needed to support campaign assets such as graphic design or video.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across channels.
- You’re a strong writer who understands that great content also needs structure and distribution to perform.
- You’re not intimidated by marketing technology — you may not be a Hub Spot wizard, but you’re comfortable learning tools and working with data.
- You enjoy balancing creativity with measurable outcomes. You’re curious about paid media, growth experimentation, and performance marketing — and want exposure to those areas over time.
- You thrive in smaller teams where you can take ownership and see the direct impact of your work.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Experience working in a marketing automation or CRM platform (Hub Spot preferred) or willingness to do certification courses.
