Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Vault CRM Technical Lead with strong hands‑on expertise in Veeva Vault CRM to train the team at client's place. This role is ideal for a professional who has previously worked on Vault CRM implementations or migrations and possesses deep functional and technical knowledge of the Vault Platform.
As many customers are transitioning from Veeva CRM (Salesforce platform) to the Veeva Vault Platform, this role will play a critical part in upskilling our teams to support new opportunities and projects.
The individual will provide daily structured training (a few hours per day), hands‑on guidance, and real‑time functional/technical knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured training sessions for the internal Focal Team on core Vault CRM functionalities.
- Provide hands‑on demonstrations, workflows, and best practices for real‑world Vault CRM scenarios.
- Prepare or guide learning materials, Q&A sessions, and practical exercises.
- Offer expert insights into Vault CRM architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Support the team in understanding migration aspects from Veeva CRM (on Salesforce) to Vault CRM.
- Mentor and coach team members to build internal competency for upcoming customer engagements.
- 3–7 years of experience in Veeva CRM / Vault CRM, with at least 1–2 years in Vault CRM.
- Proven ability in Vault CRM implementation or migration projects.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of key functionalities, including:
- Technical Competencies
- Good understanding of Vault metadata, configurations, security, page layouts, and business rules.
- Ability to guide on Vault CRM components, data models, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Vault data migration concepts and solution design.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
- Collaborative, patient, and willing to support a team transitioning to Vault.
- Veeva Vault certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience supporting Managed Services engagements.
- Understanding of Life Sciences commercial processes.
