We are seeking an experienced Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) G‑Invoicing Technical Developer with strong ETL and PL/SQL skills to support a federal financial modernization project. This role focuses on building integrations between Oracle EBS and the U.S. Treasury G‑Invoicing platform, ensuring smooth, compliant intragovernmental transaction (IGT) processing.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience developing Oracle interfaces, APIs, data transformations, and middleware integrations in a federal environment.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support technical integrations between Oracle EBS and G‑Invoicing across the full lifecycle: GT&C, Orders, Performance, and Invoices.
- Build and enhance PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers
, and API integrations. - Develop EBS interfaces
, concurrent programs, file-based integrations, and middleware components (Oracle SOA/Oracle Integration). - Create and manage BI Publisher/XML Publisher artifacts for reporting and data exchanges.
- Perform ETL development for inbound/outbound messages, data mapping, transformation, validation, and exception handling.
- Ensure successful acknowledgment processing, error logging, reconciliation
, and updates back into EBS (AP/AR/SLA/GL). - Collaborate with finance SMEs, integration teams, and external partners to meet G‑Invoicing specs.
- Support testing cycles, UAT, deployments, cutovers
, and production defect resolution. - Ensure alignment with federal audit, security, traceability, and FISMA/ATO compliance requirements.
- 7+ years in Oracle EBS development (Federal experience preferred).
- ETL Development
- PL/SQL, SQL
- Concurrent Programs & APIs
- BI Publisher / XML Publisher
- Solid understanding of:
- Web services, file-based integrations, and middleware patterns
- Experience supporting full SDLC in a federal environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
- Public Trust Clearance highly preferred
- Must work Onsite in Washington, DC (20201)
