What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Daily Tech Adventures)You’ll be the primary point of contact for both internal and external users on IT project technical issues — guiding teams, solving problems, and keeping our systems running like a well‑tuned engine.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Installing, configuring, administering, patching, and maintaining physical and virtual Windows Server environments
- Managing file servers, application servers, authentication services, print services, database servers, and web servers
- Designing, building, and supporting virtualized environments (Hyper‑V and cloud‑based)
- Handling capacity planning, performance optimization, storage allocation, backup integration, and disaster readiness
- Monitoring, planning, troubleshooting agency IT applications.
