Information Communication Technology Trainer

We are seeking a full-time IT Learning Specialist based in Washington, D.C. (required on-site 4 days per week
) to support training initiatives across U.S. offices. Reporting to the IT Learning Manager (U.S.), this role ensures attorneys and business professionals receive effective training on commercial and custom applications, with a focus on productivity, best practices, and real-world workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training via in-person, virtual (Zoom/Teams), and deskside coaching
• Design and maintain training materials (guides, videos, documentation, FAQs)
• Manage training curricula, schedules, and attendance using the LMS
• Act as a productivity and best‑practices coach for end users
• Provide advanced 2nd‑tier support for complex software issues
• Partner with IT and business teams to support custom application training

Required

Skills & Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, SharePoint, Windows 11, One Note, Net Documents
• 4+ years of end‑user applications training experience (professional services preferred)
• Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills
• Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone a plus)
• Experience with legal or professional services software (e.g., Inter Action, Litera, Nuance) is a plus
