A leading consulting firm is seeking an ITSM Process Analyst to manage IT Service Management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. Responsibilities include governance of key ITSM processes, configuration of Service Now modules, and fostering continuous improvement across IT teams. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience in ITSM and Service Now, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

This position offers a salary range of $100,000-$130,000 and may require up to 25% travel.
