Clearance Level: Must be eligible for a US Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid, mostly remote).

• Will create and maintain clear, accurate documentation such as SOPs, policies, runbooks, system guides, and user-facing materials.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining technical architecture diagrams, workflow/process flows, network diagrams, and system integration visuals using industry‑standard tools.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Identify, track, and eliminate impediments affecting team productivity.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and developers, promoting adherence to Agile principles.
• Track progress and manage multiple concurrent work streams.
• Complete and present weekly and monthly project status reports, utilizing Jira metrics and analytics.
• Identify risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution.
• Foster effective coordination, conflict resolution, and transparent communication between the internal team and external partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, maintaining clear updates.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience in technical writing, including SOPs, policies, runbooks, system guides, and user‑facing materials.
• Proficiency in technical diagramming (architecture diagrams, workflow/process flows, network diagrams, system integration visuals).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and ensure alignment, visibility, and coordination across teams.
• Experience resolving conflicts and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external development partners.
• Solid understanding of software deployment processes, operations, performance monitoring, and security practices in a cloud production environment.
• Exceptional communicative and social skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Lucid Diagrams or similar applications.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Service Now, or similar applications highly preferred.
• Experience in a regulated environment or familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
