• Provide high-level architectural expertise for Service Now platform implementations and enhancements.
• Develop and deliver architectural products and strategic solutions for enterprise and operational business lines.
• Design infrastructure and system strategies to support organizational goals.
• Advise on technological purchases related to processing, data storage, and application development.
• Set standards for database structures and advise on future project feasibility.

• Extensive experience with Service Now platform architecture and system configuration.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise-level solutions and infrastructure strategies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary background checks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and management.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Washington, DC area.
