Vice President of Growth

A high-growth space technology company is appointing a Vice President of Growth & Strategic Partnerships to lead the expansion of a mission-critical platform supporting modern space operations. This executive will play a central role in ensuring the platform reaches and serves the missions that depend on it, building trusted relationships, shaping partnerships, and driving sustained growth across national security, defense, and strategic commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and revenue outcomes in support of mission adoption across government, defense, intelligence, and strategic commercial customers
• Act as senior executive interface with mission owners, acquisition stakeholders, primes, and integrators
• Lead complex, long-cycle capture and partnership strategies
• Translate mission needs and operational requirements into scalable go-to-market and partnership motions
• Build and lead the growth organisation across business development, partnerships, marketing, and revenue operations as the company scales
• Establish repeatable growth systems that support reliable, long-term mission execution

Key Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in growth, business development, or partnerships within space, defense, or national security-focused technology environments
• Established credibility and trusted relationships across DoD, IC, Space Force, and prime and integrator ecosystems
• Proven track record supporting mission-critical programs and scaling revenue in complex operating environments
• Strong understanding of government acquisition pathways and long-cycle capture motions
• Ability to operate with executive authority while remaining hands-on in a scaling organisation
• Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
