Senior Federal Account Executive - Army & Navy, Cyber AI Vendor

We are seeking a Senior Federal Account Executive to drive revenue growth across U.S. Army and Navy accounts. This is a senior, quota-carrying role owning the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline development through contract award and expansion.

You’ll operate as a trusted advisor within complex federal buying environments, partnering closely with technical, contracting, marketing and customer teams to align mission needs with advanced AI-driven cybersecurity solutions.

This role suits a fast-moving federal seller who thrives in ambiguity, understands defence procurement, and can build senior relationships across DoD stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships across U.S. Army and Navy departments
• Develop, qualify, and close new opportunities across defence organisations
• Own customer engagement end to end, from first contact through contract award
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder federal procurement processes
• Partner with solutions engineering, contracting and product teams on proposals and presentations
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and sales metrics through CRM
• Execute a consultative, value-led enterprise sales approach
• Act as a senior contributor with future player/coach or leadership opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in federal or enterprise technology sales
• Strong knowledge of DoD procurement and federal sales cycles
• Established relationships within Army, Navy or wider DoD ecosystem
• Understanding of Federal Systems Integrators and the federal IT landscape
• Experience selling complex software or cybersecurity solutions
• Active or past TS clearance preferred
