- 3 - 5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
- Familiarity with IVR or chatbot technologies
- Certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
