We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Functional Lead who will work closely with the SAP Program Delivery Lead to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, and support of critical SAP modules, including HR, Finance, and Manufacturing. The Functional Lead will take a hands‑on role in configuring, enhancing, and troubleshooting SAP solutions while providing key functional expertise to drive business transformation.

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP modules such as HR (Success Factors), Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Configure and enhance SAP systems to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.
• Provide hands‑on support in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise applications.

• Partner with the SAP Program Delivery Lead to define functional deliverables and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for SAP HR, Finance, and Manufacturing processes.
• Lead functional testing efforts, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.
• Support data migration, validation, and cutover planning during project implementations.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including IT, business units, and external consultants, to ensure alignment and integration of SAP solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and junior consultants on SAP functional processes and best practices.

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
• Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to the SAP Program Delivery Lead and other stakeholders.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience working with SAP modules, with expertise in at least two of the following: HR (Success Factors), Finance, or Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of SAP configuration, business processes, and best practices.
• Proven experience in supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues in SAP.

• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship or OCI Holders).
• Q Clearance and/or Top‑Secret clearance required.
• Ability to travel up to 75%

• SAP certifications in HR, Finance, or Manufacturing modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Fiori Elements, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Familiarity with Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in leveraging emerging SAP technologies to deliver innovative solutions
