* Oversee the repair, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets, ensuring their secure and optimal performance.

* Perform hands-on technical tasks such as computer reimaging, configuration, software/hardware updates, and proactive system maintenance to minimize downtime and address potential issues.
* Manage the secure handling and processing of equipment, including preparing devices for required holds in compliance with federal regulations, and coordinating the destruction of non-functional or obsolete equipment.

* Demonstrate attention to detail, problem solving, and desire to provide a great customer experience. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

* Required Experience:

Bachelors' Degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience preferred.

* Required Technical

Skills:

Technical support, networking, application support, problem solving.

* Required

Certifications:

CompTIA Security+ required within 6 months of start date

* Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility

* Required

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative and adaptable. Must be able to pass a basic English Language assessment test.
