Tier 2 Deskside IT Support Specialist

A leading IT services provider is seeking a Tier 2 Desktop Support specialist in Washington, D.C. This role requires 5+ years of experience providing desktop support, and advanced technical knowledge of operating systems, networking, and Microsoft applications. The ideal candidate must have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Mobile Device Management tools, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications such as A+, ITIL 4, and M365 are preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is necessary.
