Required Clearance:

Job Responsibilities:
* Support the analysis and drive the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Service Now HRSD related technical capabilities.
* Provide support to the ITAM Technical Lead and other Service Now SMEs on project.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed requirements, use cases, and technical solution.
Required Skills:
* Must have experience leading a development team, working in an Agile Scrum project and supporting Agile Scrum ceremonies.
* Service Now development experience.
* Gathering, Design, Build, Test, and Deployment.
* Agile Scrum development.
* Team leadership.
* Experience with Service Now HRSD
