Software Programmer - SME

Job Description

ECS is seeking a Software Programmer - SME to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex development initiatives across classified enclaves
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development team
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards
• Make architecture decisions for mission-critical applications
• Lead Dev Sec Ops  pipeline architecture and strategy
• Develop user training and documentation for NSS Program Systems
• Ensure compliance with DOJ-approved standards
• Support Contingency and Incident Response Plan activities
• Process change requests in accordance with program policy
• Provide onsite staff during core business hours

Salary Range: $160,000-$190,000

• Active Top-Secret clearance (TS/SCI is preferred)
• 10+ years progressive software programming experience
